I love fresh milk . Unpasteurized , more goat , but sometimes cow . I add to it a little bacteria and do the yogurt , the yogurt . It often happens that gets a lot of yogurt and want to engage in some sort of pastry . But in most recipes yoghurt cakes (even healthy) part goes like this : a cup of yogurt , a cup of sugar , two cups of flour … not great proportions , and 200-250 ml of very little utilization of delicious homemade yogurt.
